The before
Carter Caron founded ODA Security Cameras in March 2026 after years of working in the security camera industry. He brought real installation experience and a Lawrence County customer base from day one, but the business itself was brand new. The work was solid. The phone could ring on word of mouth. The problem was everything that happened before someone heard about him.
There was no brand identity. The logo was a placeholder. There was no website to send anyone to. The Google Business Profile existed but listed nothing about the services offered. Anyone searching "security cameras near me" in the Tri-State area was finding Carter's competitors instead, even though several of them had been in business for less time and offered worse work.
Carter knew the gap. He didn't have time to fix it. He also didn't want to hire 4 different vendors and project manage them himself.

We ran the full SEO, GEO, and AEO launch sequence over 90 days. Three phases, one direct line.
Phase 1 · March 2026
Branding and audit
Built ODA's complete brand system from scratch: visual identity, color and typography, brand voice config that drives every future deliverable. Ran a full audit on the existing digital footprint including GBP, Manta, Yelp, and AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
Phase 2 · April 2026
Website build
Custom Astro site deployed on Vercel. 16 indexed pages, mobile first, LocalBusiness JSON LD schema with founder Person schema for Carter. Robots.txt with explicit allow rules for all major AI crawlers. Single source of truth drives schema, footer, hours, and all pages.
Phase 3 · May 2026
Listings and GBP optimization
Google Business Profile fully optimized: 5 services with descriptions, corrected hours, UTM tracking. Manta and Yelp claimed and rewritten in brand voice. BBB submitted. Bing Places imported from GBP. Austin added as GBP manager for ongoing posting and Search Console access.
