SMS Terms

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Volara Agency LLC ("Volara," "we," "us," or "our") may send SMS messages to phone numbers you voluntarily share with us. This page explains what we send, how to consent, and how to stop.

What we send

Volara uses SMS for the following purposes only:

Volara does not send marketing or promotional SMS, mass campaigns, or unsolicited messages.

How you opt in

You opt in to SMS only when you voluntarily share your phone number with Volara through one of these surfaces:

Sharing a phone number with Volara is always optional. You will see a clear consent disclosure at the moment we capture your number, similar to:

"By sharing your number you agree to receive SMS from Volara about your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Typical volume is no more than 2-3 messages per inquiry. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Volara does not charge for SMS — any charges come from your carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any SMS from Volara. We honor opt-out requests immediately and confirm with one final message. After that, we will not send you SMS unless you re-subscribe by texting START or sharing your number again with explicit consent.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any SMS from Volara to receive contact information and program details. You can also email us at hello@volara.agency for any questions.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Volara uses Twilio as our SMS provider; Twilio is registered with The Campaign Registry and complies with U.S. carrier and CTIA messaging requirements.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS content are stored securely and used only for the purposes described above. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
