SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

Volara Agency LLC ("Volara") operates two SMS programs for individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us:

  • Lead Follow-Up: Conversational follow-up to your inquiry after you submit a form on volara.agency and opt in to SMS. Includes acknowledgement of your inquiry, follow-ups from Austin, and scheduling assistance.
  • Missed Call Text-Back: If you call Volara's business number and we are unable to answer, you may receive a single automated SMS reply identifying our business by name and inviting you to reply with a good time to call back.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry. For lead follow-up, expect up to 3 messages over 5 days. For missed-call text-back, expect 1 message per missed call.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Volara does not charge a fee for SMS messages; standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Volara at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not be contacted by SMS again from Volara unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Volara does not guarantee message delivery, and message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device.

Eligibility

SMS messages are sent to recipients in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to opt in.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent information are not shared with any third parties or affiliates other than aggregators and providers of the text message services strictly for the purpose of delivering SMS to you. Supported Carriers

Volara SMS is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
