He's worked with national brands and local businesses alike — and came back home to build something for both.

Operations & Finance
Kat brings operational depth most agencies don't have. With a Master's in Industrial Psychology and hands-on experience in HR, payroll, grant writing, and employee wellness, she handles the business side of growing businesses — the work that keeps teams running and owners sane.
